Appalam Movie Review
Nov 28th

Appalasamy (Gana) and his wife Nalaini (Jaclyn) is blessed with a beautiful girl called Shruthi (Raja). One fateful day, Nalaini gets into a car accident while on the phone arguing with Appalasamy. He promises to his late wife that he will take good care of their daughter, in which leaves him to become overprotective of her. When Shruthi turns 17-years-old, she decides to continue her studies in Kuala Lumpur to be more independent. Secretly, Appalasamy applies work as a gardener in her college to look after her. Trouble starts to brew when a famous singer decides to court Shruthi.
The movie is awesome… my first Malaysia-tamil movie that i watched in theater. its worth it and i really njoyed. Credits goes to the Director (Afdlin Shauki), Music Director (R.Lawrence) for the good songs, especially the final competition song and the whole team as well. Gana’s performance is fantastic and Raja Ilya’s is cute as 17 yrs old gal. The Story flow was really good and i didnt feel boring also. Plus with sathya and gana’s frens character comedy, really nice. jaclyn character was cool, especially her good ghost wife scene.
Dr.Burn did two song in this movie and did special performance as well… his song in this movie is like the promotion for this movie. I believe some of the people just went because of Dr.Burn and for his songs. really nice songs.

After i see this photo, im shock, how come Raja Ilya looks like this?? in the movie she looks like cute girl and now she is like matured gal… i wish she come to premier like the character in the movie. Its just my opinion.
Raja Ilya you are really awesome.
Appalam receiving good response from all over the Malaysia, Thanks to the whole team. I wish all the best to the director, cast, and crews. Hope YOU GUYS do more good movies in future and im promise there would be 100% supports from us @ audience from Malaysia.

UthamaPuthiran Movie Review
Nov 6th

Uthmaputhiran is the Diwali release and its a diwali entertainer for your family and friends, with awesome story, comedy, and song. Genelia is heart stealer in this movie with her cute smile and acting. Wish her to act in more tamil films and keep in touch with us all. Dhanush as the hero of the movie, did a good job, since in Yaaradi Nee Mohini he is giving his best, and im sure this movie is the best as well. Emotional Ekambaram (Vivek) with his humour is awesome, great laughter after his entry in 2nd half of the movie, its really a twist in the movie. You guys should watch this family entertainer movie. You wont feel regret, im sure.
Music wise, Vijay Anthony did a good job. His songs all very nice and captured nicely in the movie. And i think they did not in 1 more song called “Thooral Podum”, its a very nice song actually, i dont know why they did not sort in the song in this movie…haiz. Uthamaputhiran BGM is good as well… Vivek entry and Mayilsamy entry bgm is cool…
Bhagyaraj, Ashish Vidyarthi, Jayaprakash Reddy and Mayilsami chip in with their best while the likes of Rajalakshmi, Ambika and Rekha do give a decent performance.
Camera, by Balasubramaniam, has ensured that the screen is always bright and cheerful, suiting the mood of the film. Finding faults with Uthamaputhiran will be difficult. One feels that with the given plot, premise and resources, Mithran Jawahar has delivered the best possible results. Yes, there is a feeling that 3 hours is a tad too long; that the climax is a bit sugar coated, that certain portions could have been avoided (like the Spiderman bit) and such minor things. But, the final product stands above all these glitches.
Of course, it is not the kind of ground breaking attempt that will change Tamil cinema overnight. But, it is a clean ‘family entertainer’, that can be enjoyed by all age groups, made with very honest and earnest intentions. It is clean, its fun and its feel good. Go for ‘Uthamaputhiran’. Chances are that you won’t be disappointed; we have needed this kind of a family flick for some time now.

Mankatha The Movie
Oct 25th
The game has begun. The shooting of Ajith’s multi starrer, ‘Mankatha’ has started today in Chennai. The slick gangster saga stars Nagarjuna, Trisha, Vaibhav and others along with Ajith.
The Venkat Prabhu film is going to be the 50th film of Ajith. The teaser of the film was out last month and it created a sensation.
‘Mankatha’ is a high value production by Dhayanidhi Alagiri of Cloud Nine Movies. It is also a real multi starrer after a very long time in Tamil. Yuvan Shankar Raja has already spent a lot of time in talking about the music to be in ‘Mankatha’. This is the fourth film in the combination of Ajith and Yuvan.
The film will be a style and substance thriller which in planned for release on May 1, which incidentally is the birth day of Ajith.
Endhiran Movie Review
Sep 28th

Thanks to all the readers of mine. Here is the review of Enthiran, SuperSonic Tamil Movie.
The most anticipated indian film of the decade ” Endhiran @ Robo has released, Superstar delivers a resounding punch line; ‘Happy Diwali folks’.
Director Shankar, director extraordinaire comes with an Ento-sci-fi-thriller (Entertaining science fiction) ride and that’s ‘Endhiran’ produced by Sun Pictures’ Kalanidhi Maran! His trump card is Superstar Rajnikanth with four Aces being Aishwarya Rai Bachchan as the heroine, AR Rahman for his expertise best known, Rathnavelu for cinematography and one whole Ace for his team that developed the special effects!
Enthiran : a super duper hit tamil movie. it has braked many records… and its still breaking… even before the release of the movie, they collected about 205 crore.
Shankar: The man, which called captain of the movie is really a gifted person and has hard work, he still can bring to us his 10yrs dream project which is about few years advance from now itself… Thumbs Up x9.
Superstar @ Rajinikant @ Chitti 2.0 (haha) Saving the best (or the ultimate) for the last, Rajnikanth is one man who will not cease to amaze you! If your 6 or 60, doesn’t really matter because you will be in awe of the man! you will be in awe of the man! In a movie which shows signs of visual effects riding in the driver’s seat, the Superstar dominates every bit to walk away with appreciation! No favouritism here, you just can’t stop talking about him, once you come out! As the scientist Vaseegaran, he plays his part uncharacteristically Rajni without Punch dialogues or fights but as ‘Chitty – the Robot’ you are bound to follow or even turn an addict!
CG: The graphic sequences have mesmerized the viewers. The special effects in the film are so life like that one fan challenged to run a contest to identify the graphics sequences with a million dollar prize money.
Stunts: as well give importans, Yuen Woo Ping, who worked on ‘The Matrix’, etc, has designed stunt scenes that will make your jaws drop! Our very own Peter Heines has also done his part, one of the scene is an intense car chasing scene with our Superstar making a ‘donut’ in his Mercedes Convertible!
Rahman: Re-recording does not look like the work done by an Oscar winner, especially in the final portions, but still manages to impress. Rahman’s songs which are already a rage sit well on the film, adding to the entertainment quotient. (May because they rushed)
Aishwarya Rai: The Miss World, is amazing and truly an epitome of beauty! She forms an important part of the script and hence you’ll spot her throughout the movie, perhaps for the first time a heroine is receiving considerable importance in a superstar’s movie! The marvellous costumes add to her allure and she’s just majestic in few scenes!
Overall, the Endhiran movie is open to everyone. Watch chitti as a robot and not a human or 60yrs old rajinikant. If not, you are waste and not a movie think type of person. Its a great entertainment, with super dream, and awesome characters.
There are some minus also, emmm… Mercedes car Jump from the bridge (suppose hit concrete and reach the truck). the car hit right hand side, but in the next scene the car is fine at the side. hehe… nemind, small x2 mistake. we should proud for the plus side. They are Tamilans da….
Whoever read this, believe me… it is the movie you should watch in the theater and not at home in a lousy vcd or dvd. Otherwise you are waste, because you miss the best.
Feelings is everything. Why war, please LOve all. Dot

Guide To a Better Life : Somethings that we should share
Sep 23rd
This is amazing, he died of pancreatic cancer in 2008, but wrote a book ‘The last lecture” before then, one of the bestsellers in 2007. What a legacy to leave behind…
In a letter to his wife Jai and his children, Dylan, Logan, and Chloe, he wrote this beautiful “guide to a better life” for his wife and children to follow.
May you be blessed by his insight.
POINTS ON HOW TO IMPROVE YOUR LIFE
Personality:
1. Don’t compare your life to others’. You have no idea what their journey is all about.
2. Don’t have negative thoughts of things you cannot control. Instead invest your energy in the positive present moment
3. Don’t over do; keep your limits
4. Don’t take yourself so seriously; no one else does
5. Don’t waste your precious energy on gossip
6. Dream more while you are awake
7. Envy is a waste of time. You already have all you need..
8. Forget issues of the past. Don’t remind your partner of his/her mistakes of the past. That will ruin your present happiness.
9. Life is too short to waste time hating anyone. Don’t hate others.
10. Make peace with your past so it won’t spoil the present
11. No one is in charge of your happiness except you
12. Realize that life is a school and you are here to learn.
Problems are simply part of the curriculum that appear and fade away like algebra class but the lessons you learn will last a lifetime.
13. Smile and laugh more
14. You don’t have to win every argument. Agree to disagree.
Community:
15. Call your family often
16. Each day give something good to others
17. Forgive everyone for everything
18. Spend time with people over the age of 70 & under the age of 6
19. Try to make at least three people smile each day
20. What other people think of you is none of your business
21. Your job will not take care of you when you are sick. Your family and friends will. Stay in touch.
Life:
22. Put GOD first in anything and everything that you think, say and do.
23. GOD heals everything
24. Do the right things
25. However good or bad a situation is, it will change
26. No matter how you feel, get up, dress up and show up
27. The best is yet to come
28. Get rid of anything that isn’t useful, beautiful or joyful
29. When you awake alive in the morning, thank GOD for it
30. If you know GOD you will always be happy. So, be happy.
While you practice all of the above, share this knowledge with the people you love, people you school with,
people you play with, people you work with and people you live with.
Not only will it enrich YOUR life, but also that of those around you.
Endhiran The Movie
Sep 14th
Rajnikanth-starrer Endhiran cost R 150 crore. Will Bollywood ever spend that much on a film? Special effects by the Terminator and Jurassic Park team. Costumes by the designer for Batman, and stunts by the team of The Matrix. Add to it a 60-year-old man
romancing a 36-year-old beauty, and we get India’s, even Asia’s, costliest film ever. And, it’s not even a Bollywood produce.
Officially announced where this movie is going to release on 1st October 2010.
Music by Oscar winner A.R.Rahman and the sound engineer is Resul Pookutty, which is also a Oscar winner. Songs already Mega hit, Trailers also super hits, people just cant wait to watch this movie…
Be Cool and Relax, Just 2 week to go… ENDHIRAN counting Start NOW….
Boss Engira Baskaran Movie Review
Sep 9th

Well, the movie jz released, i mean today… plan to go for watch it, but its not in my nearest cinema… haiz anyhow im goin for Pirahana Movie in a while, since the trailer itself impressed me alot… i dont know why… maybe the babes…
NO WORRIES, Boss @ Baskaran wil update tomorow. Of coz Yuvan is rocking in this movie as well… the aile aile song and the yaar inthe Pennthan is really cool.. haricharan will make a hit again. All the best guys!
Here is my short review, You know what to expect from Santhanam and the rather unsuspectingly coy looking Arya in the scheme of things. Absolute time pass without a doubt. A good start is half the job done and Rajesh seems to have concentrated real hard on the dialogues. As a result, the hollow screenplay is tactfully saved from plunging into the depths of action-less monotony. Although the movie stretches itself without any effort by the sheer success of the dialogues, Santhanam’s spontaneity stands out in the process and it renders the movie a definite thrust.
The word, “Nanben Da” really spreading like virus among the guys specially. And their some scenes are really in my eyez… especially, when santhanam face thala fans and thalapathi fans and velpandi and palpandi scenes. lolz
Jeeva’s appearance in the movie brought more fun. Both arya and jeeva scenes are fabulous. Hats off to the director… i’ve really njoy the movie. Keep it up, Director Rajesh.
Naan Mahan Alla Review: Personal
Aug 21st

Yes, i watched the first show on first day… Naan Mahan Alla is “pakka” commercial movie dude… you will wish to not meet the people like in the movie in your life.
Basically its a very simple movie… very straight forward… about some youngster and their routine when in their college life. And also about a person who enjoying his life with his love. family, friends…
What is the movie about? what will happen if 1 incident happened in a person’s life? because of 1 incident, the director showing the rest of part deeply… its a simple and brutal type movie…
the cast all did a good job, especially Karthi and the four 5 boys… really looks hardcore man… Kajal Agarwal really looks lovely in this movie… suggest to watch guys. dont miss it… with Yuvan Shankar Raja’s awesome songs and background score… the movie cool. Climax BGM is damn nice… electric guitar is wow! Again he proved that he is really good and matching with new director.
The director is Suseendran, this is the second movie for him… im sure he will get great applause from viewers. stunt and camera are good as well. Thumbs up for the team!
